Uttarakhand State Entrance Exam 2022 Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) conducts Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination (UKSEE) to provide admission into various graduate and postgraduate courses in engineering, pharmacy, management, hotel management.
This is a state level exam that is conducted once every year and is for students who wish to study graduation or postgraduation in subjects mentioned earlier.
Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.
Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and mode of the test will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to maths, physics, chemistry have to be answered if the course chosen through this exam is engineering.
Admission into biology or biotechnology oriented courses at graduation level requires to answer questions related to biology instead of maths along with physics and chemistry. Postgraduate course applicants have to answer graduate level lesson related questions in the subject in which they wish to pursue postgraduation. The time to answer questions is 2 hours.
Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.
Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks, If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:
