About Bangalore Institute of Technology Bangalore

The Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT) was founded in 1979 with the goal of delivering high-quality technology education and thereby benefiting society. It has achieved an outstanding degree of technical education competence. This was made possible by Rajya Vokkaligara Sangha's unwavering support, as well as dedicated staff and students.

BIT has always been on the cutting edge of technology, and it holds the distinction of being the first college in Karnataka to provide a full-fledged degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Over the years, the institute has identified prospective development areas and has included numerous courses. BIT now includes ten undergraduate, ten postgraduate, and thirteen research centres.
