Top companies visit the institution to recruit the talented human resources. The educational institution has put in lot of efforts to ensure the students there turn industry ready who can take on the work responibility with utmost efficiency from day one they set their foot in the work arena. How are students made industry ready?

There is constant interaction with Industry bodies, companies and industry veterans to predict the careers and job opportunities that will be available in the next 5 years, identify knowledge and skills required for current and future job roles and plan for job specific technical skill development programmes for students to be ready for current and future job roles. The students undergo  aptitude trainings in Quantitative, Logical Reasoning and Verbal to improve their Problem Solving, Verbal Communication and Data Comprehension skills.

There is more to it than meets the eye. All the students go through soft skills training which prepare them to be corporative citizen with email writing, telephone etiquette, presentation skill, and client and team interaction skills. The students are also made ready for placements with intensive training in resume writing, group discussion, case study and personal interview skills. 

Each year, the institution invites industry partners and other reputed organizations to the college campus to participate in the placement process for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. They also connect to invited companies, discuss their requirements and mutually agree on a tentative date for doing the placement drive. They also connect to all students, collate the student data, get their registrations for placements and brief them the placement policy and rules before the placement season starts for all the final year students.

The number of placements as on June 2022 are 676 and number of companies visitted are 125. The highest salary package was Rs 25 LPA and average salary was around Rs 6.41 LPA. The top companies that visited the premises are Amazon, Cloud Circus, Juspay, PhonePe, Cimpress, Vymo and others. All these details say one thing and that is the apt word would be excellent when it comes to decribing the performance on the placement front.
