The students can take admission in the college through the online mode of admissions. 

The first step is to visit the official website of the college and go to the online application form. The students will get a unique ID that would be generated which would be useful in further communication with the Institution. The students have to fill the form and enter all the details correctly. 

The second step is to pay the application form amount. After this, the application form is filled and the process is completed.

The campus offers beautiful spaces for studying, evolving, communicating, interacting, and living. There are a lot of tech activities involved inside the campus of the college. The students get a chance to participate in the process of discussing new ideas, developing them into research concepts and workable products. Some students consider this experience as a turning point in their careers as these have opened up a new world of possibilities for them. 

The campus included a lot of cultural activities for them where the students are given a chance to pursue their interests through diverse communities right from the debates to extra activities including the various clubs and teams reflect the wide range of personal and professional interests of their vibrant, student community. They even have the facility of air-conditioned auditorium for such events to happen. 

The students who are interested in sports are also given a chance to take part in many of them and grow as sports people. They are even given opportunities to represent the college in various Inter College championships. The college offers sports like cricket to basketball, athletics to yoga. It is a very important function for the students to attain and gain information on a variety of topics. The institute has setup a placement cell with required facilities for effective placements of students at the end of the course or after passing all the semesters. The college also offers a programme of National Service Scheme. They also conduct events like Seminars, Debates , Poster Making and Street Play (Nukad Natak) to spread the sense of awareness and importance of our constitution which is world’s largest Written constitution, where people like Dr.Rajendra Prasad Dr.B.R.Ambedkar, Alladi Krishnaswami Aiyar, B. Pattabhi Sitaramayya, K. M. Munshi and Mr.Jawaharlal Nehru contributed for the national cause. 

The top facilities offered by the college are Libraries, hostels, gym, transportation facility, laboratories, seminar halls, conference halls, e theatre, digital classrooms, cafeteria, reception, banking, medical facilities, sports facilities, and admission cell. 

CT Group of Institutions Jalandhar Hostel

The college also has a hostel for the girls and the boys of the college. The hostels of the college are very well ventilated and that is the first priority of them to ensure that hostels have proper ventilation for the college. There are different hostel blocks and each of them are aesthetically designed. The hostel blocks are spread around the campus. The hostels are interconnected, mostly in blocks of three. 

There are comfortable twin and triple sharing rooms in the college with proper amenities. The hostels have wi-fi throughout the day because that is the need of the hour for the students. Talking about the security of the college, there is warden who looks after the hostel campus and for the needs of the students. 

Each of the blocks has a square in the center where badminton courts with good turf are maintained, with some blocks also having lawns in the square.

Each hostel block has a common room where facilities such as wall-mounted televisions, table-tennis tables and carom and chess games are available. It is the common room that provides the scene of action for get-togethers, parties and informal discussions. Each block is also equipped with fully automatic washing machines and each floor is further equipped with landline phones, water coolers and water purifiers. 

The security is obviously intact but that doesn’t mean that the students cannot have fun in their hostels. They just have to be in discipline. The hostel also has a mess which provides hygienic and fresh food to the students three times a day along with the evening snack.

The students can enjoy the meals inside the mess in a light hearted and chilled environment. The college takes pride in saying that they haven’t ever received a single complaint about the hostel food’s taste and quality. They make sure that the students do not feel that they are away from their homes.

Some of the events are also organised by the hostilities such as Teen celebration, football match, and lots of other things. 

Direct Code of Conduct of the Hostel 

• Resident scholars are expected to maintain perfect discipline and proper atmosphere of studies in Hostel. They should remain in their rooms from 9:30 PM to 5 AM
• If any resident scholar tries to disturb the academic atmosphere of the hostel, he/she will be immediately expelled from Hostel.
• Resident Scholars are not allowed to entertain day scholars in Hostel Rooms even during day time.
• Taking of wine or beer or any other intoxicant in Hostel is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking in Hostel Campus and in rooms is strictly prohibited. Defaulters would be fined and the guardians will be informed of the same.
• Resident Scholars should be regular for classes.
• Quarrels and disputes with fellow boarders should be avoided. In case of dispute report the matter to hostel warden.
• All routine complaints, in first instance, shall be lodged with the Hostel Warden.
• The boarders in their own interest must use strong and reliable locks for Hostel Rooms.
• The resident scholars are advised not to write, display or paste any indecent photographs, posters etc on walls or glass panes or in their Rooms.
• Resident Scholars are required to adhere to the Mess timings strictly as notified.
• Hostlers are advised not to indulge in any kind of bribe lent to mess workers.
• Leave of a boarder from the institute does not mean leave from hostel. The boarder must apply for the same on a prescribed application form.
• Leave from the hostel shall be sanctioned by respective wardens.
• Students absenting themselves from Hostel without getting leave shall be penalized.
