As per the Student reviews, after their eighth semester, ERA University students are eligible for campus placements. Career opportunities with packages ranging from INR 1.2 LPA to INR 6 LPA and average monthly earnings of about INR 20,000 are offered by companies like Sun Pharma, Cipla, Apollo Hospitals, KGMU, Lenskart, and Flipkart. Course-specific placement rates vary from 10–20% in some courses to over 60–95% in pharmacy and healthcare.

Additionally, the school offers internships at medical facilities, labs, and liberal arts and food science-related businesses in which students gain hands-on experience with contemporary methods and tools. At ERA University, students can develop their business ideas with the help of ECTRA, the in-house startup support cell.
