Mock Interviews are actively being conducted at FIIB for the second year students, for the areas of Finance, Marketing, International Business and HR. This serves as a rehearsal before the actual campus placement interviews take place, and helps the students to understand the recruiters' perspective and prepare better.

These mock interviews are part of an intensive career management program which includes regular industry interactions, guest lectures, and career counselling, organized and managed by the Career Management Center of FIIB.

The placement cell of the college works relentlessly to make sure that the placement rate and the placement quality of the college is on the rise. They work collectively to ensure that the best organisations visit their campus to recruit the students. Along with the increase in the number of the organisations, there is also an increase in the job packages for the students as per the industry standards. Hence, the students can be totally relaxed about their placements after the college ends. 

Some students who have excelled academically are also helped with amazing internship opportunities by the college itself. This is one of the best ways to get rewarded by the college in return of good scores. So, all the benefits are on the students. 

The highest package given to the students over the years has been 17 LPA, the average CTC offered is of INR 6.46 LPA & the lowest CTC to be offered till date has been of 3.75 LPA. The placement rate in 2021 has been 84%. 

Some of the top recruiters have been Deloitte, American Express, ICICI Bank, Regalo, Edusaksham, Johnson Controls, IndusInd Bank, Yes Bank.
