FOSTIIMA provides 100% career guidance to its students and makes sure that they get placed at reputed organizations in India and abroad according to their specializations and abilities. FOSTIIMA has an active Placement Cell which is headed by IIMA alumnus.

It maintains strong relationships with leading corporates. Students get the stipend during their Summer Internships. The stipends have gone up to Rs. 80,000/- for two months. Various students get Pre-Placement Offers from the organizations based on their performance during Internship.
