IIS has a full-fledged Training Placement and Counseling Cell which looks into the overall planning and execution of career guidance, career counselling, and employment opportunities for the students. Some of the top recruiters of IIS are BMW, Barclays, PNB, Bank of America, HCL, IBM, TCS, NIIT, TV99, Ernst & Young, Indigo, Infosys, HDFC Etc.  It is interesting to note that the institution has a training and placement cell which takes care of all the work with regards to placement.
