MJFVAS Rajasthan Selection Criteria

Students have to ensure they are fulfilling the required eligibility conditions before venturing to apply. A pass in plus-two from a recognised educational institution with subjects as biology, physics and chemistry as subjects is the eligibility condition to apply. Students have to apply for RPVT or NEET UG and pass it with required qualifying marks. 

RPVT is conducted by Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAJUVAS) and NEET UG is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates can opt for either one of the above mentioned exams and then appear for it. Post appearing, candidates have to check for the result and ensure they have passed the test with required qualifying marks.

Students who have passed the exam with the required qualifying marks can choose the college to study the course of their choice while applying for the counselling. Students who have passed RPVT can apply for the college during counselling which will be organised by RAJUVAS.

Students who passed NEET UG can take part in the counselling conducted by Veterinary Council of India (VCI), they can also likely apply for counselling conducted by RAJUVAS. Selection of students will be done based on factors – performance in written exam (NEET UG or RPVT), performance in the qualifying exam, choice of the course by the candidates, availability of seats.

How To Apply in MJFVAS Rajasthan

Online

Candidates have to check the eligibility for the exam and ensure they are fulfilling it so as to minimize the chances of rejection of their application at a later stage. The condition of eligibility can be checked from the notification in connection with the exam which would be available at the official website for the exam established by the organisation conducting the exam. Post, ensuring the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria, candidates can follow the procedure mentioned below:

1. Visit the official website of the exam and click the link for registration and wait for the form to appear.
2. Post appearance of the form, candidates can fill it with the details like their name, age, date of birth, qualification details, permanent and temporary address, their email id and mobile phone number and submit them and create an account comprising username and password and submit them.
3. The students would receive confirmation message of successful submission and post submission they can view the details about the username and password created and website where they can use the username and password.

3A. Sometimes after confirmation, candidates may receive an One Time Password (OTP) either on their mobile phone or email after submission of registration form. In that case, they can enter the OTP and receive the final confirmation of submission of registration form and the details about username and password created.

4. Applicants can login in with the help of credentials (username and password) created and start filling the application form with details – the name (of the candidate), age, date of birth, educational qualification, residential address and permanent address, the course they wish to study, the test centre where they wish to write the test.
5. Post filling all the details, applicants have to upload the documents, the documents to be uploaded would depend on the type of the course, they are wishing to apply for the exam.

12^th class marksheet or suggested alternatives if marksheets are yet to be obtained

6. Post uploading of the documents, candidates can pay the registration fee using the online modes like credit card, debit card and net banking and obtain confirmation. After obtaining the confirmation, candidates can check for errors in the application and rectify them if any. Post rectification/verifying, application can be submitted and confirmation for successful submission can be obtained.  

Offline

This procedure is quite different from what takes place in online procedure. Candidates have to ensure they are fulfilling the required eligibility condition. Post ensuring eligibility condition, candidate can try to procure the form for filling it and sending it. They can follow the procedure below:

1. The application form has to be obtained from the official website of the college or the institution that conducts the exam. The form can be downloaded from the website and it can be filled and sent back to the institution either through courier or post along with required documents.
2. The forms can be acquired from the educational institution by visiting it in person. Candidates can either fill it and submit it there itself or bring it home and fill it and send it either in post or courier along with required documents.
3. Students can attach a DD or any other equivalent document indicating the payment of required registration fees.
