There is always something great going as far as placement is concerned at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences which is also popular as RUAS. Training and Placement Cell at RUAS plays a crucial role when it comes to placement, they do good deal of work. Organizing pre-placement training/​workshops/​seminars for students, assisting the students in obtaining final placement in reputed companies are among the efforts put up by the Cell.

Department of Training & Placement enables the students to bridge the gap between the Academia and Corporate world. Feedback from industry is collected and the feedback used to design Pre-Placement Training Programs. This important activity is vital to enable the students to achieve desired career objectives. When endeavours are praiseworthy, the results are also bound to be the same. 

The highest package received at the national level is Rs 45 lpa, the same at the international level is Rs 22 lpa. More than 150 MNCs have taken part in the placement drive and then made offers, more than 300 companies have also taken part in the placement season and made offers. All these mentioned earlier, are very impressive and these things are bound to be more impressive in the years to come, as the great work at the institution is bound to continue with renewed vigour.
