The state government of Karnataka offers scholarship to the student who are domicile of the state and are from reserved category or from the economic weaker sections. Further the central government also offers scholarship through its national scholarship program. The college on its own also offers scholarship to the meritorious students. education loan facility is extended by all the private and public sector banks.

The students who apply for the scholarship must be elgibile for it and they must check their eligibility first. The applicants need to submit documents like government recognition should be there to apply, sum varies according to the cast of the person. The interested students must opt for scholarship right at the time of admissions or else they might miss on it.

If the students do not apply for the scholarship, they won't get it later. The scholarships are provided by the college to ensure that money is not a barrier in education. The scholarships are for recognising the efforts of the meritorious students and also for the financially backward students. They aim to help the students who cannot afford to pay for their student fee. They want to cut their tution fee and help them puruse higher education.

The process of filling the admission form of the college is quite simple. The students have to visit the official website of the college. On visiting the official website of the college, the students have to click on the ‘programmes’ tab. Click on the programme you want to apply for. On clicking that, you will be taken to another page where in an ‘admission open’ box appears in the corner.

You have to hover on that box and click on ‘click here’ option. On clicking on this option, you will be taken to another page, where appears an application form in front of you. The students have to tick the course they want to take up and fill the application form. The students must fill their personal details correctly. After this, the students have to submit the application form.

Some of the best facilities of the college in the campus are classrooms with AU/VU technology, different labs for the students for conducting research including a computer lab, a transportation facility for the students to take them to the college and drop them off at various stops across the city, a spacious auditorium for different functions of the college, and a cafeteria called the Cafe Soundarya which is the chilling point of the students.

Sports is also given importance in the college campus and the students have the facility to play different sports in the campus and also take part in various college and state level championships and represent the college. 

There are other important cells inside the college for the betterment of the students and to help them in regular activities. There is a women grievance cell, placement cell, science club, a student’s council, and an e- resource facility. The Student Council is basically a representative structure for students only, through which they can become involved in the affairs of the institution, working in partnership with college management, staff and parents for the benefit of the institution and its students.

The role of the student’s council in the college is to promote the interests of the students, to assist and advise the students, to be the link between students and teachers and management. Six different post of students’ council i.e. General Secretary, Gathering Secretary, Cultural Secretary, Sports Secretary, Magazine Secretary and Ladies Representative are allocated to each department based on rotation system. Each department selects/elects their representative from students and staff for the allocated post.

Student council organizes Annual Social Gathering and Annual Sports events every year. In addition to this, council also organizes various extra-curricular and co-curricular activities and celebrates various days. 

The different responsibilities of the students council are:

• They have to attend the student council meetings to providing guidance, advice and information if requested by any student at any point of time. 
• They also have to provide training and team development activities for the students.
• They even have to assist the students in liaising with management.
• Liaising between the students and staff by putting students issues on the agenda at staff meetings.
• They constantly have to encourage and assist the staff to invite members of the student council to attend staff meetings and even they have to encourage the student council to invite staff members to their meetings.
• Helping to raise the profile of the students needs to be done by them. 
• Helping to ensure the student council becomes part of the structure of the school and that it is involved in all aspects of school life.
• Ensuring that students issues are on the agenda at board of management meetings.
• They have to keenly monitor and and evaluate the development of the students.
