Admission Test for ICFAI Tech 2024 Online & Offline Both

Eligibility criteria for ITSAT 2022

The condition of eligibility depends on the type of the course the candidate wishes to apply through this exam. The programmes offered are BSc, Integrated (BSc+BTech) and BTech. More information about the eligibility criteria is being provided below for the sake of the students:

  • B.Sc. Mathematics and Physics Programs: Pass with 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in Class XII with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects
  • B.Sc. Data Analytics Program: Pass with 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in Class XII with Mathematics as one of the subjects
  • B.Tech. Programs: Pass with 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in Class XII with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects. Candidates who are appearing for Class XII (or its equivalent) can apply for admission. All these candidates should submit the certificates of the qualifying examinations at the time of the admission
  • Admission to B.Tech. and B.Sc. Programs under Lateral Entry scheme: To seek admission into first degree programs through Lateral Entry scheme, candidate must fulfill any one of the following conditions.
  • For admission to B.Tech. Programs: Candidates must have passed two year Diploma/Polytechnic after Class XII or three years Diploma/Polytechnic after Class X in the relevant subjects (SE/ECE/Mechatronics) with 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in the relevant subject are eligible for the Advanced Standing Admissions in the respective discipline of B.Tech. Such candidates can be admitted in the second year of B.Tech. Programs. The candidate shall clear the prerequisite courses of the first year along with the second-year courses.
  • For admission to B.Sc. Programs: Candidates must have passed B.Sc. with Mathematics and Physics as subjects and a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from any recognized University in the relevant subject are eligible for the Advanced Standing Admissions in the respective discipline of B.Sc. (Data Analytics/Maths/Physics) Programs. The candidate shall clear the prerequisite courses of the first year along with the second-year courses. Also, candidates shall clear the subjects of Engineering graphics and engineering mechanics of the first-year engineering program along with the second-year courses.
  • Candidates who have appeared in the final year/semester of their B.Sc. but their result is awaited, can also apply. The candidates should submit the pass certificate on the date of admission.
  • Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying Diploma examination but their result is awaited, can also apply. The candidates should submit the pass certificate on the date of admission.

Exam pattern for ITSAT 2022

The exam will be conducted in both online and offline modes. Candidates can choose either one of them as per their convenience to answer questions related to maths, physics and chemistry, english and logical reasoning of standard 12 level. The duration to answer questions is 2 hours or 120 minutes. More information is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:
