The condition of eligibility is determined by the course the candidates wishes to apply through this entrance exam. A pass in plus-two is a must to apply for graduate courses and candidates who hold bachelors degree in the relevant discipline can apply for postgraduate courses. Additional details are available in the table below and students can refer that for any other information:

| LLM | LL.B degree with at least 55% marks. There is no Age limit |

The duration of the test is 2 hours and candidates have to answer questions within that time frame. Candidates can take the test either in online mode or offline mode as per their convenience. They can choose the mode for taking up the test while filling the application form itself. More information is provided below for the sake of the students:
