About Allahabad University PGAT2022

Allahabad University Post Graduate Admission Test 2022 Allahabad University (AU) which is also known as University of Allahabad conducts Postgraduate Admission Test to provide admission into various courses offered by it at postgraduate level. As the test is conducted by Allahabad University it is popularly known as AU PGAT. This is an institutional level test conducted once every year and students who wish to study postgraduation in different streams can aim for this exam.

The notification is released on the official website of AU at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. 

Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.

Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and mode of the test will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online and offline mode and questions related to General Awareness, General English, General Hindi, and Mental Ability and General Topics, Subject I & Subject II have to be answered in two hours.

Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it. Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks,  If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process.
