Eligibility condition depends upon the type of the course the candidate is trying to apply through the exam. Candidates wishing to study engineering (regular) and engineering (lateral) can apply for this entrance test.
The qualification required to apply for both the exams is different. More information is provided below in detail in the table for the sake of the students:

The duration of the exam is three hours and the mode of the test will be online mode and candidates have to answer questions on a computer. Maths, Physics and Chemistry have to be answered if the admission through the test is for graduate engineering.
The questions will be diploma level lessons of engineering disciplines if the admission is for engineering graduation through lateral entry. More information is provided below in the tabular format for the sake of the students:
