Eligibility criteria for AP EDCET 2022

Applicant has to have passed graduation from any stream with a minimum 50% pass marks. Postgraduates with minimum of 50% pass marks in their qualifying exam can also apply. The pass mark in qualifying exam for candidates of the reserved category is 40%.

BE or BTech graduates willing to apply for UP BEd JEE 2022 must have passed their degree with a minimum of 50% pass marks. Candidates must be Indian citizens and native of Andhra Pradesh. For choosing subjects in the subject specialisation part, applicants should have studied the subject either at plus two level or graduate level.

The minimum age to apply is 19 years and there is no upper age limit for applying to this exam.

Exam pattern for AP EDCET 2022

AP EDCET 2022 will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper based test) and will have three parts - Part A, Part B and Part C. Part A and Part B are of general in nature and are same for all the candidates. Part C of will comprise questions related to various subjects that are chosen by candidates while filling the application form. Every correct answer will get one mark and there is no negative marking.

The exam will have 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions for 150 marks and candidates have to answer the questions in two hours duration. The exam pattern is being given below for the sake of the candidates in a tabular format:
