The condition of the eligibility depends upon the type of the course the candidate is wishing to apply through the exam. On a broader note, applicants must have passed plus-two to apply for graduation.
Application for postgraduate course requires a pass in graduation in relevant discipline. More information about eligibility for various programmes are provided below for the sake of the students:

Admission to 50% seats shall be made by Haryana State Technical Education Society through 'ONLINE OFF CAMPUS' Centralized Counseling based on JEE Main Merit Ranking. The remaining 50% seats shall be filled based on the merit prepared for JEE Main score or Class 12 marks. |

Admission to 50% seats shall be made by Haryana State Technical Education Society through 'ONLINE OFF CAMPUS' Centralized Counseling based on JEE Main Merit Ranking. Remaining 50% seats are reserved for Management Quota and will be allotted on Merit of Diploma / BSc marks. |

MBA admission will be done through merit list prepared on the basis of MAT/CMAT Scores. Direct Admissions may be granted subject to the availability of seats based upon graduation marks merit list. |
The test is conducted in online format and questions have to be answered on a computer and duration to answer questions is 1 hour 30 minutes or 90 minutes. The questions will be in multiple choice format where each of them will have more than one reply and right one has to be chosen to get marks.
Maths, Physics, Chemistry questions have to be answered by students willing to join engineering through this exam. Candidates who are focused on management must answer questions from General Knowledge, Service Aptitiude, Logical Reasoning, Business Aptitude, General Awareness, Language Skills (English) while preparing for the exam.
Those aiming for computer applications course either at bachelors or masters level can study lessons related to computer science taught at plus-two or graduation level along with other subjects. More information is provided in a tabular format for the sake of the students:

Candidates applying for MBA and BBA will have to answer General Aptitude questions i.e. English, Socio – Economic Environment, Quantitative Skills, Critical Reasoning and Data Analysis For B.Tech program, candidates should to be familiar with the concepts of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to qualify in the test Computer Science, Physics, Maths, General Aptitude for BCA programme |
