Assam Combined Entrance Exam 2022 Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) located in Guwahati in Assam conducts Assam Common Entrance Examination (Assam CEE) to provide admission into engineering courses in colleged located across Assam.
This is a state level exam that is conducted once a year and students who have studied plus-two and are aiming for engineering studies in the graduation level can prepare for this test.
The notification is released on the official website of ASTU at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. Currently, the application submission facility has been made open since 10 May 2022 and candidates can visit the official webiste of ASTU to submit applications. The applications can be submitted till 31 May 2022.
Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.
Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and mode of the test will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in offline mode and questions related to physics, chemistry and maths have to be answered in 3 hours.
Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.
Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks, If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be responsible for the counselling session of JEE Advanced qualified candidates.
