Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology Joint Entrance Exam Online

Eligibility for CIPET JEE 2022

The condition of eligibility depends on the type of the course the applicant is trying to seek admission through this exam. The criteria of eligibility is a pass in 10th standard/10 +2 with Maths, Physics & Chemistry/3 year Diploma/3 year degree in science. 

Even candidates who are appearing for their final year qualifying exams can also apply. However, they should have passed the qualifying exam and should produce required documents in that connection at the time of admission. More information is available in the table below and candidates can refer it:

Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology (DPMT) A pass in 10th standard
Diploma in Plastics Technology (DPT) A pass in 10th standard
Post Diploma in Plastics Mould Design with CAD/CAM (PD-PMD with CAD/CAM) Full time three year Diploma in Mechanical/Plastics/Polymer/Tool/Production/Mechantronics/Automobile/Tool & Die Making/Petrochemicals/Industrial/Instrumentation Engineering/Technology or DPMT/DPT (CIPET) or equivalent/
Postgraduate Diploma in Plastics Processing and Testing (PGD-PPT) Full time, 3 years degree in Science

 

Exam pattern for CIPET JEE 2022

A total number of 100 questions will be asked in the exam. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. Objective type questions will be asked. Subjects will be as per the entry qualification and GK. More information is provided below in tabular format for the sake of the students and they can refer it:
