The criteria of eligibility depends upon the type of the course the candidates are trying to apply through CUEE. A pass in plus-two is required to apply for graduate courses.

The test will be conducted in online remote proctored test and questions related to maths, physics, chemistry, biology have to be answered.
Candidates choosing engineering and non-biology oriented science courses have to answer maths, physics and chemisty questions. Those who choose biotechnology oriented courses or biology oriented disciplines will face questions related to biology instead of maths and other two subjects (physics and chemistry) will remain the same.
If, the course chosen for admission is arts or science, questions related to general knowledge, general ability, commerce, english have to be answered. The medium of the exam is english and more information is provided below for the sake of the candidates in a tabular format:
