Educational qualification
Applicants must have passed plus-two from a recognised institution with subjects as maths, biology, physics and chemistry, biotechnology, agriculture as subjects. Students who have appeared for the final exams in the qualifying degree or are appearing for the final exams can also apply. However, they have to pass the exam and produce the required documents as a proof of it by the time of admissions.
Passmarks
Applicants from General category have to secure at least 50% marks, the same for SC/ST/OBC/PwD and female candidates will have to secure a minimum of 45% marks in plus-two exams.
Nationality/Domicile/Age limit
Applicants must be citizens of India and must be a domicile of Chhattisgarh.The age limit for candidates belonging to General category is 25 years. The same for those from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Persons with Disability (PwD) and along with female candidates must be less than 28 years of age.
The exam is conducted in offline mode as a pen and paper based test and questions will be in multiple choice format which will be related to maths, biology, physics, chemistry, agriculture and agriculture allied subjects. The medium of the exam is english and hindi and duration to answer all the questions is three hours. The total questions are 200 and total marks are also the same.
