Counselling for CG PRE MCA 2022

The dates for counselling will be announced after the declaration of results for the exam. The official website of the exam has to be referred at the appropriate time for the results. Candidates who pass the exam with required cutoff can take part in the counselling process. The date, time and venue for counselling process will be intimated on the official website of the exam. 

Candidates may even receive the communication for counselling on their email ids, they can keep visiting their email id accounts regularly after the declaration of results on the official website. 

Individuals who pass the exam with required cutoff score becomes eligible to take part in the counselling procedure.

Candidates who are eligible for taking part in the counselling have to register for it. They have to
pay certain amount which is known as counselling fee to take part in the counselling process. The fee to be paid will be intimated at the appropriate time.

Individuals who are successful in gettting a seat can appear for document verification process and pay the fees as a token of acceptance of the seat offered. Post fee payment, the candidates can join the institution for classes as per the specifications. Counselling will be conducted in one or more rounds as per the existing circumstances. Candidates who do not get a seat in the first round can take part in the subsequent rounds.

$ CG PRE MCA Score card/Result card

$ 10th class marksheet

$ 12th class marksheet

$ Undergraduate or Postgraduate marksheet/suggested alternative if the marksheet is yet to be obtained

$ Caste certificate (if applicable)

$ PwD certificate (if applicable)

$ Indentification cards like Aadhar Card/Voter Id/Pan Card

$ Chhattisgarh Domicile Certificate
