The condition of eligibility depends upon the type, of course, the candidate wants to apply through the exam. Candidates who have passed a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline can apply for postgraduate courses. More details are provided in the table below for the sake of the students and they can refer to them:
| Age limit | For appearing in the CUET (PG), there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the bachelor degree/equivalent examination or appearing irrespective of their age can appear in CUET (PG) examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria of the University in which they are desirous of taking admission. |
| Educational Qualification | Applicants must pass graduation in the relevant discipline in which they desire to pursue post graduation. The qualifying degree must be passed from a recognized educational institution. |
The exam will be conducted in online mode and questions have to be answered on a computer at the designated test center. The format of the questions will be multiple choice where each question has more than one choice and the right one has to be chosen by the candidates to get marks.
The total number of questions is 100 and will be divided into two parts - Part 1 or Paper 1 and Part 2 or Paper 2. Part 1 will have 25 questions related to verbal ability, general knowledge, logical reasoning, general sciences. Part 2 will have 75 questions related to the subject in which the applicant wishes to pursue postgraduation. More information is provided in the tabular format below:
