COMEDK UGET 2022 Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) conducts Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) to provide admission into undergraduate engineering, architecture - BE/BTech and BArch courses in colleges located across Karnataka.
This is a national level exam held once a year and candidates who wish to pursue graduation in fields mentioned above can aim for this exam. There is another exam that is conducted which is 'Uni-GAUGE' and candidates can register for either COMEDK UGET or Uni-GAUGE or for both.
The notification is released on the official website of COMEDK at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. For 2022, the application submission began on 14 March 2022 and went on till 14 May 22 Till 11:55 pm. The test will be conducted on 19 June 2022. Students who wish to apply can do it at the next appropriate time.
Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.
Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and location of the test centre will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to computer science, mathematics, analytical ability & logical Reasoning and english have to be answered in two hours.
Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.
Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks, If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be responsible for the counselling session of JEE Advanced qualified candidates. Registration has to be done and the candidates will have to select their choice of colleges and courses. Candidates will be allotted seats into the participating IITs according to their secured ranks, preferences and availability of seats.
