GITAM GAT UGTP 2022 GITAM (Deemed To be University) located in Andhra Pradesh conducts Gitam Admission Test (GAT) for Undergraduate Programmes (UGTP) to provide admission into undergraduate courses offered by it.
Programmes are in engineering-BTech, Integrated-BTech+MTech and pharmacy-BPharma and the exam is institutional level one conducted once a year. The popular name of the test is GAT UGTP or GITAM GAT UGTP. Candidates who wish to pursue graduation in the above mentioned programmes can aim for this exam.
The notification is released on the official website of BIT at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. Currently the registration process is on and candidates can submit the applications by visiting the official website till 10 May 2022.
Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.
Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and mode of the test will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology have to be answered in two hours.
Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it.
Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks, If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process. Information about the exam is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:
