Eligibility criteria for HSTES LEET 2022

The condition of eligibility is set by HSTES which will conduct LEET 2022 or known as HSTES LEET 2022. Applicants must ensure the conditions of eligibility are fulfilled by them. 

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have passed 3-years Diploma in Engineering/Technology from Haryana State Board of Technical Education (HSBTE) or any equivalent board, with a minimum aggregate score of 45% (42.75% marks for SC candidates)

OR

They can also pass B.Sc. Degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 45% (42.75 % marks for SC candidates) and studied Mathematics as a compulsory subject in the 10+2 level, provided that these candidates should clear Engineering graphics or Engineering Drawing subjects of Engineering 1st year simultaneously along with the 2nd year subjects.

Point to remember

Migrants from Kashmir are considered as a special category with regards to LEET and these applicants must present the migration certificate (original) that is duly signed by authorities concerned during the time of document verification as part of admission process.

Candidates who have family income that is less than Rs 6 lacs, can claim reservation under the Tuition Fee Waiver scheme, and must present the relevant income certificate, at the time of document verification, duly signed by a competent authority.

Exam pattern for HSTES LEET 2022

HSTES LEET 2022 will be conducted in online mode and students have to answer the questions in the test on a computer. The duration to answer all the questions is 90 minutes or 1 hour 30 minutes. Format of the questions will be multiple choice where each query has more than one reply and right one among that has to be chosen to get a mark.

The test is divided into four sections - Section A, Section B, Section C and Section D. More information is provided in a tabular format below for the sake of the students who are about to write Haryana LEET:
