Application process for HPU MAT 2022

The procedure to apply is online. Applicants have to visit the official website and click the appropriate link and create a user account comprising a username and password. Post creation of the account, applicants have to login with help of username and password and start filling the form.

They have to upload the required documents, pay the registration fee or exam fee and then check for errors in the details provided in the application form and correct them if any. Post corrections, they can submit the application form finally.

Candidates have to check the form carefully for any errors and rectify them if any. The forms should be checked once or twice for any mistakes. Though the window may be kept open at a later stage to provide an opportunity for candidates to make corrections, not always an opportunity of this sort may be given, so candidates can check for errors while applying itself.

Offline

There are two methods in the offline mode a candidate can opt for submitting the application and both are mentioned below for the sake of the candidates:

A. Candidates can visit HPU premises in person and collect the application form by paying the required amount. Candidates can fill the application form and submit it along with the required documents and a Demand Draft of Rs 1000 (registration fees) at the institutions itself. The registration fee can be paid in cash or cheque also. Candidates can bring home the application and fill it up and send it to the institution along with required documents and registration fee amount by post or courier.

B. Candidates can visit the official website of HPU and download the application form and fill it up with the required information. The form duly filled in can be submitted at the institution in person along with the required documents and registration fees (Rs 1000 for General category candidates and Rs 500 for Reserved category candidates). The registration fees can be remitted through Demand Draft. Candidates can bring home the application and fill it up and send it to the institution along with required documents and registration fee amount by post or courier.

Point to remember

If the candidates are planning to send the filled application form either by post or courier, the registration amount must be in form of Demand Draft (DD). Candidates can send either a DD or a cheque as per the specifications issued by the institution.
