Candidates should have passed their Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognised educational institution located anywhere in India. Applicants must ensure they are fulfilling all the conditions of the eligibility before applying for the vacancies to avoid rejection at a later stage. Applicants must be having a minimum age of 20 years and maximum age can be 50 years.

Qualification and age limit requirements will depend on the type of the vacancies that are announced from time to time. Applicants can apply keeping in view their eligibility conditions.
The exam pattern is divided into two parts - prelims and mains. Candidates have to first pass prelims and then appear for mains exam. Candidates after passing mains exam can take part in the interview. Prelims and Mains comprise objective type questions in multiple choice format.
The questions in prelims exam have to be answered in 1 hour and mains paper has to be attempted in 2 hours 20 minutes. The format for both the exams are provided below in tabular format for the sake of the applicants:
