Eligilibility criteria to apply for ICAR AIEEA 2022 depends on the course candidates want to apply through this exam. Courses that can be applied through this exam are undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate (PhD). Applicants must be a citizen of India. The eligibility criteria is being provided below for the sake of the candidates:
Undergraduate
Applicants aiming for undergraduate courses must be of 16 years of age at minimum and should have passed plus-two from a recognised institution with biology, physics and chemistry as subject.
Postgraduate
Students focusing on postgraduate courses through ICAR AIEEA 2022 must have finished their graduation from a recognised institution in four or six year B.Sc. Ag. or five year B.V.Sc. & AH) or 5½ year B.V.Sc. & AH degree courses.Applicants must be of 19 years of age at minimum.
Doctorate
Applicants must have passed postgraduate degree from the relevant discipline in which they wish to undertake research. They should pass the degree from a recognised institution.
Exam pattern for ICAR AIEEA 2022 depends on the type of the course candidate wishes to gain admission through the exam. Pattern varies for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate course admissions. The pattern is provided below for the sake of the students:
Undergraduate
The total questions are 150 and duration to answer them is 2 hours 30 minutes. There is a negative marking for every wrong answer and every correct answer will get 4 marks. The total marks are 600 and the test will be conducted as computer based test.
Postgraduate
The time to answer questions is two hours and total number of questions to be attempted are 150. The total marks are 400 and every right answer gets 4 marks and wrong answer results in losing 1 mark. This will also be held in online mode.
Doctorate
There will be 120 questions totally that have to answered and total marks to be obtained are 480 and the questions will be distributed in three sections. Every correct answer wins 4 marks and a wrong answer will lose 1 mark. The questions will be in multiple choice format and duration to answer all questions is two hours.
