There will be no counselling in connection with IBPS PO Exam 2022 as it is an exam for providing bank jobs and not for admission into academic courses in educational institutions. Candidates have to pass two stages of the exam - Prelims and Mains.
Individuals who pass both the stages will have to appear for written test where answers have to be written in descriptive format. Post passing this test, candidates have to appear for an interview. The final selection will be done based on the performance in the written tests, availability of vacancies and choice of the candidates and performance in the interview.
