Institute of Rural Management Anand Exam 2022 Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) conducts Social Awareness Test (SAT) to provide admission into PGDRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management) course and Fellow Programme in Rural Management (FPRM) course. Candidates who wish to enroll in these programmes can focus on IRMASAT exam. As the exam is conducted by IRMA, the test is popularly known as IRMASAT.
The usual procedure is application submission, shortlisting of candidates who will appear for written test (IRMASAT), Group Discussion, Personal Interview. Sources say, however, for this year (2022), the test was not conducted and the selection of candidates for PGDRM was done based on CAT and XAT scores. Individuals who had good scores in CAT or XAT were called for interview procedure.
Getting back to the usual process, first thing is the release of notification for admission. The notification is released on the official website of IRMA at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released.
Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form. The shortlisted candidates will be able to appear for written test.
The exact schedule, time, and mode of the test will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to current national issues and topics of social relevance have to be answered in 1 hour 20 minutes.
Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it. Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks, If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in further admission process which comprises group discussion and interview.
