The procedure to apply for IELTS 2022 comprises two options - online and offline. Students can choose any one as per their convenience. Candidates can visit the official website of IELTS or its regional centres located across India or offices of British Council or IDP India to register for IELTS 2022.
Both the process are explained below:
Online
The procedure to apply for IELTS 2022 is online. Applicants have to visit the official website and click the appropriate link and create a user account comprising a username and password. Post creation of the account, applicants have to login with help of username and password and start filling the form, pay the registration fee or exam fee and then check for errors in the details provided in the application form and correct them if any. Post corrections, they can submit the application form finally.
Offline
Students trying to apply through offline have two options. The first option is to visit the official website of IELTS and download the application form for the exam and fill it and submit it and pay the exam fee at any regional centre of IELTS.
The second option is to approach anyone of the regional centres of IELTS located across the country and purchase the application form by paying the required amount. The form can be filled and submitted at the regional centre. Exam fee can also be paid while submitting the form.
