Educational Qualification
UG
Applicants must have passed plus two in maths/physics/chemistry if applying for engineering courses at graduate level. Those applying for biology oriented courses like Pharmacy at graduate level must have passed plus-two with biology/physics/chemistry as subjects. Even those who are appearing for the final year exams or have appeared for the final year exams of bachelors degree can also apply. However, they should have passed the exam and required certificates must be produced by the time of admission.

Applicants must have passed bachelors degree in respective discipline from a recognised educational institutions located across India. Even those who are appearing for the final year exams or have appeared for the final year exams of bachelors degree can also apply. Point to remember
Applicants who have passed other popular exams like JEE /PRE MCA /PAT /NATA /GATE /CMAT / MAT / XAT/ATMA/CAT entrance exam as applicable can get an exemption from taking part in ITM NEST.

The test will have two parts - Part A and Part B. Part A is common for candidates of all subjects and Part B varies from one subject to another. Part A has questions related to General Science (GS), Information Technology (IT) and English. Part B has questions related to the topics from the respective subject chosen by the candidates.
The duration to answer questions is 1 hour 30 Minutes and format of questions is multiple choice where every question will have more than one reply and the right one has to be chosen among that. More information is provided below for the sake of the students in a tabular format:
