The eligibility criteria for JNUEE 2022 also known as CUET PG 2022 depends on the type of the course the candidate is focused on, wishes to apply through the test. On a general note, candidates who have passed graduation in the relevant discipline from a recognised educational institution located across India can apply. More details are available below and students can refer them:
Nationality/Age limit
Applicants must be Indian citizen and should be residing in any state or union territory situated in India. Even foreign nationals can also apply and details about it can be obtained in the prospectus or notification regarding the exam.
For appearing in the CUET (PG) 2022, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the bachelor degree/equivalent examination or appearing in 2022 irrespective of their age can appear in CUET (PG) 2022 examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria of the University in which they are desirous of taking admission.
Educational qualification
MA
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks under the 10+2+3 education pattern.
MCA
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (BCA/B.Tech)with Mathematics at graduate or 10+2 level with a minimum of 55% marks.
M.Sc (Life Sciences)/MSc
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in physical, biological or agricultural sciences with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised educational institution. For other MSc subjects, candidates must have the relevant degree at bachelors level from a recognised institution.
MPH/PG Dip/Advanced PG Dip
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% marks under the 10+2+3 education pattern. The degree must be obtained from a recognised educational institution.
The test will be of three hour duration (180 minutes) and answers have to registered on a computer as the exam will be conducted in online mode. For certain subjects, questions will be in objective type and for certain other subjects, the questions will be of subjective type.
Candidates who opt for certain subjects may have answer questions in both formats. More information is provided in the tables below and students can refer them:
