Eligibility condition for KMAT 2022

The eligibility condition depends on the type of the course the candidate wishes to apply. Candidates can apply for MBA, PGDM, MCA courses through this exam. The eligibility criteria for all these courses is different. More information about the eligibility condition is mentioned below:

MBA

Applicants should have passed bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The passmarks are 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA for candidates from General category. The same for SC/ST category candidates is 45% or equivalent CGPA.

MCA

Candidates seeking admissions to MCA courses must hold a bachelor's degree in any stream. They should preferably be having computer science as one of the subjects at graduation level. The candidates must also have studied mathematics as one of the subjects at plus-two level.

Course Criteria
MBA/PGDM Should posses bachelor degree with a duration of minimum 3 years or masters degree examination from any government recognized institute

 

Should posses a minimum of 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination

45% in case of SC/ST

Candidates who are in the final year can also apply

MCA Should posses a bachelor degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Preferably one of the subjects should be computer science.

 

Passed 10+2 with mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Exam pattern for KMAT 2022

The test is conducted in offline mode (pen and paper based) where candidates have to mark their answers on a separate answer sheet. The duraiton to answer the questions is two hours and number of questions to be answered are 120.

The questions will be in multiple choice format and are related to Verbal & Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. More information about the pattern is being provided below for the sake of the students:
