Eligibility criteria for KLEE 2022

The eligibility criteria for KLEE 2022 depends on the type of the course the applicant wishes to apply through KLEE 2022. The eligibility criteria is given below for the sake of the candidates:

LLB (3 years)

• Applicants should be Indian citizens.
• Candidates should be a graduate of a recognised university.
• Minimum marks in graduation should be 45% for general students, 42% for EWS, and 40% for SC / ST.
• There is no upper age limit

LLB (5 years)

• Applicants should be Indian citizens.
• Candidates should have passed 10+2 from a recognised institution
• Even those appearing for 10+2 can also apply. They should pass the exam and produce documents for that by the time of admission.
• Minimum marks in graduation should be 45% for general students, 43% for EWS, and 40% for SC / ST.
• Applicants must be of 17 years in age

 LLM

• Candidates should be Indian citizens.
• Candidates must have an LLB degree which can be of 5 year duration or 3-year duration
• Minimum marks in graduation should be 45% for general students, 42% for EWS, and 40% for SC / ST.
• No upper age limit for applying for this course.

Exam pattern for KLEE 2022

The exam pattern is the same for 3 year and 5 year LLB course. The same is different for LLM course. The 3 and 5 year LLB course exam will have 200 questions for a total of 600 marks. There is a negative marking here with regards to exam for 3 and 5 year LLB course. Every correct answer gets 3 marks and every wrong answer will lose 1 mark.

The exam for LLM course is also for a total of 600 marks and has 200 questions totally. There is negative marking here also. Every reply that is correct will get 3 marks and an answer that has gone wrong will lose 1 mark. The duration for answering questions in 3 and 5 year LLB coruse is 2 hours and the same for LLM course exam is 4 hours. More information is provided below for the sake of students:

• Number of questions: There are a total of 200 questions in the exam
• Total number of sections: The total number of sections in the exam is 4
• Type of questions: The type of questions in the exam is objective type
• Marking scheme: The marking scheme is +3 for each correct answer and -1 for each wrong attempt.
• Total marks: The entire exam is of 600 marks
• Duration: The total exam is of 2 hours

LLM course

• Mode: KLEE 2022 for LLM course is held as a computer-based test.
• Number of questions: There are a total of 200 questions in the exam. Part A has 100 questions and part 2 has 100 questions.
• Total number of sections: Part A has 4 sections and Part B has 6 sections.
• Type of questions: The type of questions in the exam is objective type
• Marking scheme: The marking scheme is +3 for each correct answer and -1 for each wrong attempt.
• Total marks: The entire exam is of 600 marks
• Duration: The total exam is of 4 hours. Part A is of 2 hours duration and Part B is of 2 hours duration.
