Educational qualification
Applicants must have any one of the below mentioned educational qualifications to apply for the course. They are:
BCA or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree
Or
B.Sc. or B.Com. or B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University.
Candidates appearing for the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible to appear for CET. However, they should have passed the exam and be able to submit required documents by the time of admission.
Pass marks
Applicants from General category should obtain at least 50% aggregate marks in graduation and the same is at least 45% in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, economically weaker section and Persons with Disability and SC/ST categories.
The exam will be conducted in online mode and candidates and questions related to Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, English and Computer concepts will be asked in the exam in multiple choice format. The total duration is 1.5 hours and total number of questions is 100. More information is provided about the exam pattern in a tabular format below for the sake of the students:.
