Eligibility process for PULEET 2022

Educational Qualification

A) Candidates should have passed diploma in engineering for minimum 3 years after matriculation with physics and Mathematics from Polytechnic College/Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE or Affiliated to the state board to technical education.

OR

B) Candidate must have passed diploma in engineering of minimum 2 year duration after 10+2 from Polytechnic College/Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE or Affiliated to the state board to technical education.

AGE LIMIT/Pass Marks

Candidates at the minimum must be 17 years of age to apply for the entrance exam. There is no upper limit for a candidate to give the exam. Candidates must have obtained 60% as an aggregate in their diploma course. 5% relaxation is for SC/ST/PWD category Students.

Exam pattern for PULEET 2022

The test will be conducted in offline mode as a pen and paper based test and is where the answers have to be recorded on a separate answer sheet.

The duration to answer questions is 1 hour 45 minutes or 105 minutes. The questions will be related to maths, physics, chemistry and various engineering disciplines, general aptitude and communication skills. More information is provided below in a tabular format for the sake of the students:

According to the PULEET exam pattern, there will be hundred questions in the PULEET question paper. The questions will be asked from basic electrical engineering, basic electronics, programming fundamentals, fundamentals of mechanical engineering, fundamentals of civil engineering, fundamentals of chemical engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, and general aptitude & communication skills.

Each section shall comprise of ten questions. Each question will have four options and candidates will have to mark the correct one.
