Rajasthan Lateral Entry in Engineering Program 2022 Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) located in Kota in Rajasthan will be conducting Lateral Entry in Engineering Programmes (LEEP) test to provide admission into second year engineering courses in colleges located across Rajasthan.
This is a state level exam that is conducted once a year and is for the students who wish to study engineering from second year (lateral entry).
The notification is released on the official website of RTU at appropriate time every year. Candidates can submit applications after the notification is released. This exam is an exception to - BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and Other Deemed & Private Universities.
Candidates can visit the official website and click the link for registration and create an account comprisiing username and password. Post creation of account, they can login with help of password and username obtained during the registration and start filling the form, they can upload the required documents, pay the registration fees and then submit the form.
Post application form submission, applicants have to appear for a written test. The exact schedule, time, and location of the test centre will be communicated through registered e-mail id or through other source. The written test will be conducted in online mode and questions related to computer science, mathematics, analytical ability & logical Reasoning and english have to be answered in two hours.
Candidates who pass the exam with the required score (minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks) will be called for further admission procedure. Cutoff marks will be set and candidate's score in the exam has to be equal to the set cutoff marks or above it. Candidates can compare their score with the set cutoff marks, If they find their score to be either equal or greater than cutoff, they can take part in the counselling process.
