Eligibility criteria for SOFT CET 2022

The criteria of eligibility depends upon the course the candidate is trying to seek admission through SOFT CET 2022. Courses offered at SOFT are undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma. Eligibility condition for those applying for the courses at earlier mentioned three levels are indicated below:

Undergraduate

Applicants should have cleared Class 12 from any stream from a recognised institution or Minimum Competency Vocational Course (MCVC) including National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)

Even those who possess Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE)/State Government Technical Education full-time diploma (minimum 2 years) after Class X.

Postgraduate

Students applying for postgraduate courses through SOFTCET 2022 must have passed should be a Fashion Design graduate.

Diploma

Aspirants should have cleared Class XII in any stream including the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

Exam pattern for SOFT CET 2022

Candidates have to know the exam pattern for SOFT CET 2022 if they are to prepare a sound study schedule. The knowledge of the exam pattern will provide students with lot of information like duration of the exam, no. of questions, types of questions, distribution of marks in each section, total no. of marks, duration to be allotted for every question.

All these would help form a very good study plan.The exam pattern is being provided below for the sake of the students:

• Mode of the exam: Online.
• Medium: English.
• Duration: 2 hours and 30 mins.
• Questions: A total of 60 questions.
• Sections: There will be four sections.
