SRMJEEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should check the following eligibility norms before applying for SRMJEEE 2026:

• Nationality: Indian nationals/ OCI/ PIO class candidates are eligible to apply for SRMJEEE.
• Age Limit: He/ she should have completed seventeen years as on 31/ 12/ 2026.
• Appearing: Candidates who are showing within the qualifying examination in the year 2025 are additionally eligible to apply for SRMJEEE 2026.

For B.Tech. course:

• Qualification: Candidates should qualify for a twelfth-level examination from any recognised board or university to be eligible for the examination.
• Mandatory Subject: Applying candidates should have Physics, Chemistry and arithmetic (PCM) as their obligatory subject within the qualifying examination to be eligible.
• Percentage: He/ she should score a minimum of hr marks in PCM in Rampuram, Kattankulathar, Vadapalani campuses & hundredth minimum marks in city NCR campuses.

For B.Tech. Biotechnology/ medicine, Engineering/ Genetic Engineering:

• Qualification: Candidates should qualify intermediate (12th) examination from any recognised board or university.
• Mandatory subject: Applying candidate should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology as their obligatory subject in their twelfth-level examination.
• Percentage: He/ she should score a minimum of hr marks in PCM/ PCB in Rampuram, Kattankulathar, Vadapalani campuses & hundredth minimum marks in city NCR campuses.
• For the International Baccalaureate (IB) with a certificate or Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology or O-level with Physics is required.
