Counselling for SBI SO Recruitment 2022

There will be no counselling in connection with SBI SO 2022 as it is an exam for providing bank jobs and not for admission into academic courses in educational institutions. Candidates have to pass two stages of the exam - Paper 1 and Paper 2. Individuals who pass both the stages will be called for interview. 

Post interview, candidates will be allotted the vacancies taking into consideration, their performance in the written test, availability of vacancies and choice of the candidates and performance in the interview. However, the process of recruitment can also change, in some cases, applicants who are shortlisted can attend the interview without writing any test.
