Educational qualification
The aspirant must have cleared Class 12 exams which is also popularly known as plus-two from a recognised educational institution with a minimum 50% aggregate and the same is 45% for SC/ST category students.
Candidates appearing for class 12 exams or who have appeared for the exams and are waiting for the results can also apply. They will have to pass the exam and submit a passing certificate by the time of admission.
Foreign candidates
A candidate who has completed Class 12 or equivalent examination from any Foreign Board must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
The test is conducted in online mode as a computer based test (CBT) and questions related to General English, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Skills and General Awareness have to be answered in 1 hour or 60 minutes. Every question correctly answered will get 1 mark. More information about the exam pattern is being provided below for the sake of the students:
