Eligibility for TS LAWCET 2023

The condition of the eligibility depends on the type of the course the candidate is trying to apply through TS LAWCET 2023. Candidates who pass the exam will be able to seek admission into law courses of three year and five year duration. The condition of eligibility is different for these two courses and the details are mentioned below for the sake of the students:

3 year LLB

The applicant must have passed bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with a pass marks of 45% and 40%. The pass percentage is 45 for applicants of open category and 40 for the applicants of reserved categories. 

Applicants who are appearing for their final degree exams can also apply. However, they should have passed the exam and produce the required documents in support of it by the time of admission.

5 year LLB

Applicants should have passed plus-two in any stream with a pass marks of 45% and 40% from a recognized educational institution. The pass percentage is 45 for applicants of open category and 40 for the applicants of reserved categories.

Exam pattern for TS LAWCET 2023

Exam will be conducted in online mode and questions have to answered in 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes) and every correct answer will get one mark and there is no negative marking. Questions wrongly answered will not lose any marks.

The total number of questions is 120 and format of the questions is multiple choice where every question will have more than one correct replies and candidates have to choose the right one among them.
