Counselling for TS PGLCET 2023

The dates for counselling in connection with TS PGLCET 2023 will be announced on the official website after the results of the written exam are declared. Candidates who pass the written test with required score can take part in the counselling process. Individuals who passed the written test can visit the official website after the result declaration to know about the counselling schedule. 

The candidates have to attend the counselling schedule as per the date, time and venue allotted to them. The counselling procedure comprises document verification where candidates who passed the exam with required cutoff score have to visit the designated centres and then get the required documents verified. Post verification, candidates can go for option entry process where they can choose the colleges for studying the course of their choice.

Candidates have to pay certain amount for taking part in the counselling which is known as counselling fee. The counselling fee would be intimated on the designated website at the appropriate time. Candidates, after exercising their choice can submit the form.

The seat would be allotted to the candidates based on factors like performance in written exam, performance in the qualifying exam, availability of seats, candidate's choice. Candidate who has got the seat has to pay the fees as a mark of conveying the acceptance and join the college.

Counselling will usually be conducted in one or two rounds, if seats remain vacant more rounds of counselling is likely to be conducted to fill the seats. However, it would depend on the situation. Candidates who do not get a seat of their choice in the first round can participate in subsequent rounds to try a seat of his or her choice. The documents required to be submitted during the counselling are given below for the sake of the students:

• TS PGLCET Rank Card/Hard Copy of result
• TS PGLCET Admit Card/Hall Ticket
• SSC or equivalent mark sheet
• Intermediate or equivalent mark sheet
• Qualifying Examination mark sheet
• Degree Certificate of Qualifying Examination if completed degree/alternative document if the degree certificate is yet to be obtained
• Local or Non Local residence proof
• Community or Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Transfer or Migration Certificate
• Income Certificate of parents
• Sports/PH/NCC/CAP Certificate (if applicable)
