UPTET 2022 Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) conducts Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of teachers in the state. The exam has two papers - Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates who aspire to become a teacher for elementary classes (1st–5th) or upper primary classes (6th–8th) can take up this exam.
Notification is released on the official website of UPBEB at appropriate time every year and candidates can begin submitting applications soon after the notification is out. Applicants who have the required eligibility conditions can apply for the exam which is conducted offline. Individuals have to appear for written test which has Paper 1 and Paper 2.
Candidates have to pass the exam with the required score. The candidates can apply for teaching jobs across the state based on the score in the exam.
