Educational qualification
Applicants must have passed graduation from a recognised institution located across India. Candidates who have appeared for their final exams of their qualifying degree or are appearing for the final exams can also apply for UPESMET. However, they should have passed the exam and then provide a proof for it by the time of the admission.
Educational Qualification/12th Class/Pass marks
The qualifying exam must be passed with a minimum of 50 per cent marks from a recognised University. They must have passed Class 10th and Class 12th with a minimum 50 per cent aggregate.
Management exams
Applicants who have passed national level management exams like MAT, CMAT, XAT, CAT, NMAT by GMAC and GMAT are exempted from taking the UPESMET exam
The test is conducted in online mode and questions related to English, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning have to be answered in 2 hours. The test is divided into four sections and total marks to be scored are 140. More information about the exam pattern is provided below for the sake of the students in a tabular format:
