The condition of eligibility depends upon the course the candidate wants to apply through this exam. Candidates who passed plus-two can apply for graduation. Individuals who have passed graduation in the relevant discipline can apply for postgraduation. More information is provided below for the sake of the students in a tabular format:
Undergraduate
| B.Sc | Pass in +2, HSC or equivalent with Biology / Maths / Physics / Chemistry |
| B.E/ B.Tech | Passed the Higher Secondary Examinations of (10+2) Curriculum (Academic Steam) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry |
| BBA/BA/B.Com/BCA | Pass in 12, HSC or Equivalent |
| Law | Pass in +2, or its equivalent |
| B. Pharmacy | Studied Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology / Botany and Zoology at +2 level |
Postgraduate
| M.Pharmacy | B.Pharmacy degree of recognized University and PCI |
| M.Sc | Degree in B.Sc |
| M.B.A | Any Degree with 50% 10+2+3 pattern of Education |
| M.E | A pass in B.E / B.Tech |
| M.C.A | Any degree with Maths or Statistics or Mathematical Physics as main / allied subject |
| M.A | Pass in UG |
The exam will be conducted in offline mode where the candidates have to answer questions on an answer sheet that will be provided separately. This is also known as pen and paper based test. The duration to answer questions is 1 hour 30 minutes or 90 minutes. More information is available below in the tabular format for the sake of the students:
