Educational qualifications
For BTech programs, attempt Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. For BTech Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Food Technology & BPharmacy programs, attempt Physics, Chemistry, Biology. For postgraduation, candidates must be a pass in the bachelors degree in the relevant discipline.
Candidates who have qualified AP or TS EAMCET/JEE Mains/JEE Advanced and obtained the minimum marks in Class 12 as mentioned in the second point can also apply.
Educational qualification pass marks
Candidates must have obtained a 7.0 CGPA if studied in Andhra Pradesh or above 60% aggregate marks in Telangana and the other South Indian States or 50% aggregate marks if studied in North, North East, and other states.
The duration of the test is 2 hours and 30 minutes and questions appearing in the test will depend on the course the candidate has chosen through this exam.
Questions related to maths, physics, chemistry have to be answered if the course chosen through this exam is engineering. Admission into biology or biotechnology oriented courses at graduation level requires to answer questions related to biology instead of maths along with physics and chemistry. Postgraduate course applicants have to answer graduate level lesson related questions in the subject in which they wish to pursue postgraduation.
