IILM Academy Of Higher Learning Greater Noida Placements 

IILM Grads are trained in aspects beyond those in books. They are coached in areas of soft skills like etiquette, networking and communication. It is an all-round development that is provided to our students, which makes them a cut above the rest, a pool of talent to recruit from.

The college has a Career Guidance & Placement Cell (CGPC to train and guide the students to bag the best jobs in their fields. They assist the students in developing and clarifying their academic and career interests by sorting their short and long-term goals through individual counseling and group sessions. They regularly keep updating the data base of the students. Their task also includes to coordinate with the companies to learn about their requirements and recruitment procedures and to identify the needs and expectations of the companies to assist them in recruiting the most suitable candidates.

They are involved in organizing pre-placement training/workshops/seminars/ industrial visits for students. They organise periodic meetings with the Human Resources Department of companies and TPO's of other college to promote their institute and increase the recruiters in the campus.

The Training and Placement Function at IILM is facilitated by Career Guidance & Placement Cell (CGPC) consists of Head –CGPC, Managers –Placement, Faculty coordinators for each branch and students coordinators from respective departments.

Some of the top recruiters of the campus are Wipro, Byju’s, Biovencer, Coca Cola, Aptara, Ebix, Cure fit, HCL, Federal bank, Indusind bank, Reliance, Oppo, Paytm, TCS, Vivo, Sparx, UAML, and lots more.
